Meet Smokey. She came to VPAS after being abandoned on a property with several other cats. The poor girl was very pregnant and gave birth within 12 hours of arriving in her foster home. She did a wonderful job or raising her 5 kittens, and now that Smokey has been spayed, it's her turn to find a wonderful home. <br/><br/>If you are looking for a cat that will be your shadow, look no further than Smokey. <br/>She is a sweet young cat with a big personality and an even bigger heart. She is incredibly friendly, affectionate, and absolutely loves being around people. She loves receiving pets and has incredibly soft fur, so she’s more than happy to accept all the attention you’re willing to give her! Smokey is a wonderful little purr machine and can be adorably chatty when she has something to say, especially when she feels it's past time for breakfast. Since this little girl is so social and interactive, she will do best in a home with someone who is around for much of the day to spend time with her. <br/><br/>Smokey is good with other cats and has a friendly, social nature. She will do well in a home with another cat that wants to be her friend, although she's happy to have her independence as well. As long as she has affection from humans, she will be happy.
