Skittles & Paul's Story
Skittles (calico girl) and Paul (gray & white boy) are roughly 6 years old and love each other a lot. They are both super sweet and enjoy human interaction. He has a tendency to be a wanderer, while she loves to stay close by. They would bring joy to any family.

Skittles (calico) is a great hunter and really loves to have a home.

She comes to say hi constantly and has been really great at protecting herself. She grew up on this property though so she does know it well.

Skittles and Paul are roughly 6 years old. While they come from different litters, they have been more bonded than any other ones we’ve taken care of. The pictures speak for themselves I’m sure. Paul is super sweet and the least afraid of our outdoor cats. We had hopes to bring him in and find him an indoor space one day, however we had 3 other tiny kittens dropped off at our doorstep about 6 months ago. Since we only recently moved in Paul’s sister, we didn’t want to add more stress on our 2 other indoor cats.

Paul has slept in our home roughly a handful of times. He does leave the property, but we think it’s because of the competition here. He’s the most gentle cat and has the nickname “everybody loves Paul” because all the other cats we’ve had have loved Paul for some reason. Paul however, loves Skittles. Her former name was Skitters because she would be the first to dash off when feeding time would happen. With less outdoor cats to compete with, she has become a true shining light. She stays very close to the house and is very talkative with a tiny meow, just like Paul’s. On a few occasions, she has let me hold her for a few minutes at a time. She is still very nervous and doesn’t always have an easy time with other cats, who tend to bully her. Paul is her guy. Either would be ok on their own, if the right person took them in and kept them inside for a good chunk of time, while trust is gained.
