Sissy's Story

Sissy is a true feral kitty, we trapped her from our local dump and would like to get her placed into a safe indoor home . She doesn't mind inside living, but can not be touched at this time. We guess she is 2-3 years old, she is done nursing her babies and is now spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, negative combo test, dewormed and utd on prevention. She will need a hands off home. She likes to have a dark spot to hide in and watch you without being seen. Shes gotten more relaxed to the point she will lay out in the open, and you can walk by her without her hiding, but if you approach her, she will hide.
She does good with other kitties and would like to have more cat friends . Smaller dogs are okay, if they may her no attention. Throwing her back outside really isn't an option, as we don't want her hunting and killing native species, and we don't want her at risk of the dangers outdoors. We want her to have a long, safe ,happy life indoors. We're struggling to find homes for playful, loving kittens at this time, so I know finding an adult, hands off cat a home is far fetched. But someone out there has to love and appreciate her wild beauty.
We're located in Cosby Tennessee.
She is litterbox trained.

Prior to meeting our animals we require you to be an approved adopter. In order to be approved you will first need to fill out our application which you'll need to ask for. I will review it, if your vet references check out and you seem like a good fit we will then set up a virtual meet and greet prior to a in person meet and greet. During the virtual meet and greet we will want to see a bit of your home and any of your current pets. If that checks out you can meet the animal in person and take home the same day. At the time of adoption, you will pay fees and sign our return contract. Cats will be adopted into inside only homes.
