SIR's Story

Hi, my name is SIR the two year old BLACK SMOKE PERSIAN. I have all the standard vetting done including being neutered, up to date on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative.

The best gift I could receive this holiday season is a place to call my forever home! I am a confident boy who will have no problem telling you my feelings…you will never have to wonder what my opinions are.

If I am not super fond of something I will politely rumble a bit and move somewhere else. If you have charmed me though, I will also tell you by rubbing up against you and awarding you with my handsome presence.
In short, I’m an independent guy who knows what I like and don’t like. I am not very clingy, but I like to be around you, normally in a cat tree surveying the room.

You may be wondering what are some things I am not fond of…well for starters, my foster family’s kids. They are loud and quick which ruin my peace and quiet. While I have lived with a dog before, I also have some rumbles to share for dogs. My foster family’s dog keeps to herself but I still rumble at her…just so she knows my feelings.

Enough of the dislikes though…what do I like? I love to play and toys! I also am a big fan of heights and often times am spending my days high. I also really enjoy quiet people spend time with me…that is when I feel I can really show my soft side and be sweet.

As far as actually taking care of me, I do need frequent brushings to keep my coat looking handsome. I also am allergic to chicken (rude, right?) so the food I am on needs to have no chicken in it. Outside of that though, I am a relatively low key compared to some of my other Persian friends.

I would love to have a quiet home for the holidays with a family who understands that I may have a “tough exterior,” but once I feel safe, I can show you my sweet side. I have a lot of love to give to the family who will give my handsome, “tough guy” self a chance.

ADOPTION FEE $275. FOSTERED IN MUSKEGO, WI
