Simon is a striking 7-year-old chocolate point Siamese with a “stop-you-in-your-tracks” blue eye that tells a story of quiet resilience and charm. He now has just one eye, after the other was removed due to microphthalmia, a condition he was born with that left the eye underdeveloped. The good news?
