Simon's Story

At just 2 years old, this handsome boy is a very shy and sensitive soul who will need a quiet, patient home where he can feel safe and learn to trust at his own pace. Here, he has been quite frightened and tends to stay tucked away in his bed, not yet showing much interest in engaging with the people around him.

Because he is so easily overwhelmed, he would do best in a calm, peaceful home with someone who understands that building a relationship with a shy cat takes time, patience, and plenty of space. He may benefit from being the only animal in the home, allowing him to focus on gaining confidence without the added stress of other pets. That said, he has lived with cats in the past, and it's possible that his behavior could be different once he is in a new environment where he feels more secure.

I'm currently enjoying the luxury of a cozy foster home, but I'm still looking for my forever family! If you'd like to meet me, please reach out to the shelter, and they will coordinate with my foster family to set up a time to meet me!
