He is looking for a family that will love him, not only for his beauty, but for his unique personality. He loves to sit in windows and would love a cat window perch and dreams of a catio of his very own. <br/><br/>He does bring with him a short list of requests he would like for you to consider.. but they are more like demands - he is Siamese after all!<br/><br/>First, he wants access to all the rooms, especially the ones with people in them. Being excluded upsets and saddens him.<br/><br/>Second, he wants Churu treats. Not an unlimited supply. Just the normal amount that any good boy should receive.<br/> <br/>Third, he would like a cat friend, but not one who pounces on him or is overly active. Just a nice calm friend that would want to run around occasionally and won't get too close. A friend that naps with him, but naps over there. A friend with a separate food dish. <br/><br/>Fourth, he asks that any children are the calm and respectful kind. The quiet types that won't grab his fur or reach too quickly for him. Kids that don't scream, run and stomp. The older, the better. He loves teenagers.<br/><br/>Fifth, he wants to sleep on beds. He doesn't require snuggles and cuddles, he just wants to be near, all comfy, where the people sleep. <br/><br/>And lastly, Simi requests your patience. He's an anxious boy at times. We don’t know his story, but he was a stray who came asking the neighbors for help. He might be extra anxious when you initially bring him home. He might meow, ok meow isn't quite descriptive enough. He wails. It's nearly unsettling, the depths of his obvious distress. Your calm voice and gentle pets will help him relax. And soon, he will realize he's home and his anxious wails will subside. <br/><br/>He will let you brush him with his favorite brush and feed him delicious cat foods that he approves of. He will let you pick him up and carry him around. He will let you pet him nearly everywhere. He will greet you at the front door and wail for a brief time when you leave - when anyone leaves - it's his thing. People leaving upsets him briefly. But as long as he has that nice cat friend he requested, he will endure. If he could choose - his family would always be home.<br/><br/>Simi is a neat and tidy boy that knows how litter boxes work. Once he feels at home, he is a relaxed fellow that loves lots of naps near his family members. A quiet house, with people, at least one, that are often home, and a calming kitty friend or two would make him the happiest kitty on the block.<br/><br/>$175 adoption fee<br/><br/>Medical services already completed include;<br/>*vet exam<br/>*spay/neuter<br/>*microchip<br/>*current FVRCP vaccine (and booster if applicable timeframe)<br/>*Rabies vaccine (if old enough).<br/>*FIV/FeLV (if a litter, one cat per litter will be tested)<br/><br/>Cat's Meow Cat Rescue is an all-volunteer, non-profit, foster-home based rescue.
