Simba (See Profile For Location)'s Story

Simba is in a foster home. If you are interested in him, please contact the Cat Adoption Manager at adoption@hspcwi.org or 715 344-6012 ext 306 Simba is a 7-month-old brown and white tabby who was found by a loving family this last fall. After caring for him they discovered that Simba experiences seizures and they reached out to HSPC to get him some extra help to manage his condition. His finders had this to say about sweet little Simba: "Simba is the perfect name for this little guy because he is fearless. He is not phased by vacuum cleaners, and the robot vacuum is more of a play thing for him. Car rides are an adventure for Simba, and he loves to look out the windows to see where you are going. Just like the Disney character, he has endless curiosity. If you are busy doing something, Simba wants to investigate and loves to be chatty, often asking "questions" about why you're doing something. He loves to be in the company of other cats where he uses some of the wrestling skills he learned from his friend Zazu the dog. When Simba isn't melting hearts or socializing with his four-legged friends, he's usually relaxing in a window, laying in the sun or taking a snooze in the middle of the floor. He loves cuddles and tolerates hugs and kisses more than most. Any time invested in him will be rewarded with his large personality and a heart filled with affection." Simba is currently on a medication that he takes 3 times a day to help manage his seizures. If you have any questions about his condition, please feel free to reach out to Adoption@hspcwi.org. If you are interested in adopting a cat from HSPC, please complete our adoption application. Approved applicants will be contacted within 3 working days for an appointment. We operate by appointment only. Our online application can be found at: https://hspcwi.org/adopt/ All cats adopted through HSPC are spayed/neutered, microchipped, FeLV & FIV tested, and receive core vaccinations (younger kittens may not be fully vaccinated due to age). If you have any questions or concerns, please email the Cat Adoption Manager at adoption@hspcwi.org We look forward to introducing you to your new cat!
