Sienna's Story
Sienna is a 4-year-old female who arrived at MRFRS in September 2025 after living as a stray. She is currently the longest-term cat at MRFRS, and while she will always have a home with us, were eager for her to find her family!
Sienna is a quiet and laidback girl who is happy to be off the streets, but unsure how she feels about humans. She is still working on gaining her confidence. She is definitely curious, she will take treats and give your hand a sniff, but she is not ready for pets, yet. She needs a patient family who can work with her at her pace until she feels comfortable letting her walls down.
Sienna mostly keeps to herself and is generally a pretty chill and relaxed cat—at least while the humans are around. She enjoys the company of other cats; she may have a preference for fellow female cats, but she gets along with males, too. Having another cat in the home to model confident behavior and show her the ropes will help her feel more comfortable and confident. That being said, she also bonds with her fellow shy kitties, and she has seen them come and go while she is still here, waiting for someone to give her a chance.

Are you a calm, patient human ready to open your home and heart to this sweet girl waiting to let someone in? We would love to match Sienna with her family before it has been an entire year of her being at MRFRS!

Sienna is spayed, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines.

Adoption Fee: $175

If you have already submitted an application with us within the last year, you do not need to do another one, please email adoptioncounselor@mrfrs.org if you are interested in adopting Sienna. We will take inquiries on a first come, first served basis via email.
