Shylo's Story
Hi, I'm Shylo!
A 2-year-old Domestic Shorthair currently living in a foster home and learning all about the world around me.

I have a shy personality and can take some time to fully trust new people and environments. Because of this, I would thrive best in a loving home with patient adopters who will allow me to settle in at my own pace and build confidence on my own terms.

Right now, I'm living with another cat who is very confident and has been helping teach me how to come out of my shell. Having a feline friend has made a big difference for me, so I will likely do best in a home with another friendly, social cat who can continue showing me the ropes.

Some of my favorite things are treats, cozy beds, and quiet places!

Once I feel safe and comfortable, my sweet personality begins to shine. If you're looking for a gentle companion and are willing to give me the time and understanding I need, I may be the perfect addition to your family.

I'm currently hanging out at the Houston Hub located at 901 Pinemont Drive, Houston, TX 77018. Come by and meet me between 9am-6pm. Feel free to text/call 832-342-9411 to let us know you are heading to the center so we can confirm the pet is available.

To learn more about me fill out our adoption survey: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/BHOU/Cat
