Shyla's Story

Meet Shyla! She is a sweet natured, beautiful, long haired, dilute torti…she has cauliflower ear and a kink in her tail but we think that makes her all the more charming! Sadly, Shyla‘s elderly dad can no longer take care of her. We are looking for either a foster or a forever home for Shyla. She does need to be updated on vaccines, which we will be happy to take care of. Shayla is somewhere between 7-9 years old. Please contact Jake’s Place if you can help Shyla 415-548-0824. This cat is considered a Courtesy Listing. Jake’s Place offers our services to help other responsible rescue groups or individuals find good homes for cats in need. We have screened and interviewed each of the individuals before agreeing to post their cats.

All of us at Jake's Place are committed to helping you find the right cat or kitten for your family situation. Feel free to call us at 415-548-0824 and ask questions about any of our cats. You can meet some of our cats at adoption events or we will try to arrange a visit for you with the foster family. All Jake's Place cats available for adoption are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, treated for parasites, tested for FIV/FeLV and microchipped.
