Shot by a BB GUN's Story

We received a call from a kind woman who stepped in to help a very sweet cat named Milo. Unfortunately, she is not in a position to keep him long-term and is hoping to find him the loving forever home he deserves.
Milo has already been through more than any cat should. At some point, he was shot with a BB gun. After being examined by a veterinarian, it was determined that the BB will remain in his body for the rest of his life, as removing it would pose greater risks than leaving it in place. Despite this painful chapter in his past, Milo has remained incredibly gentle, affectionate, and trusting of people.

"Milo is a super sweet 3 year old 11 lb gray domestic shorthair with no tail. He's microchipped, neutered, current on vaccines, is litter box trained, & does not spray, scratch furniture, or jump on counters.
He loves cuddling, sitting on laps, purrs constantly, & wants to be near his people. He's calm, affectionate, adaptable, & non-aggressive. He sleeps quietly thru the night, isn't a picky eater, & has adjusted remarkably well to indoor life. Milo does well around both dogs & cats. His ideal home is one where he can remain indoors & continue receiving the love & companionship he enjoys

"My neighbor & I cared for Milo as a community cat for over a year. During that time he was friendly, vocal, social, & loved by many people in the neighborhood. When he became ill from dehydration, he was taken to a shelter for medical care & evaluation. The shelter determined Milo is in great health, but should be an indoor-only cat, so I brought him home until I could find him a good home."
Please fill out the application to help Milo. He deserves the best. His adoption fee is $50.
