Shiki's Story

Shiki is such a sweet girl, she has stolen out hearts at the shelter since she arrived. She loves attention and even lets us rub her belly! She has been stressed at the shelter and stopped eating for a bit but is doing better now since we found out what food she likes. Her favorite so far has been friskies medleys canned food. She really needs some help reaching her weight loss goals in her new home! We know body positivity is trending now but she really needs to lose a few pounds so she stays healthy and happy in her later years. She has lived with cats, dogs, and kids in her previous home. Her owner said she did fine. So far at the shelter she seems to not like other cats, so a long and proper introduction to other animals will be key, or she can just be the solitary queen in her new castle.
