Sherbet's Story

Sherbet is a female, gray and white Tuxedo/Domestic Short Hair kitten. Her estimated date of birth is April 14, 2026. Cuddly, playful and always happy to hang out with her feline friends, Sherbet is a sweet kitten with subtle striping and lots of personality. She can be a little reserved when you first meet her, but she warms up quickly. Once she is comfortable, she is happy to cuddle on your chest and does not resist being picked up, although she prefers to be held for shorter periods. She has other important kitten activities to get back to!

Sherbet loves being part of the pride and enjoys wrestling and cuddling with her sisters and foster cat siblings. She would be a wonderful addition to a family because she is content to sit back and watch the action before joining in. She loves treats and is perfectly happy entertaining herself with toys she can bat around and chase, including cat springs, toy mice and ping pong balls.

She tends to hang back during teaser wand and laser play, but her foster family suspects that is because her siblings are much more aggressively engaged with them. She may enjoy those games much more when she does not have to compete for the toy. Sherbet would do best with another young cat who matches her energy level and needs a feline companion in her forever home. Her compatibility with dogs is unknown. She would most likely do well with cat savvy children who understand how to appropriately interact with kittens.

Sherbet is fully vetted and has an adoption fee of $120. You can apply online for her at https://arftulsa.wufoo.com/forms/arf-cat-adoption-application/ PLEASE READ ALL REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO APPLYING.

Note: ARF reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal.
