Shelby's Story

Shelby and her 3 siblings were born one day after being trapped at a colony in North Tampa. A safe home was needed for the little family, so they joined us at Tampa Bay Strays. Their mamma (Scary Spice) did an amazing job raising her little ones in a safe foster home. She has been spayed and vaccinated and returned to her care takers. It is time for her adorable babies to find their own inside home. Shelby is a beautiful fluffy torti girl with unique markings. She takes pride in her stunning looks and spunky personaility. She is a little shy at first but is all kitten. As a young kitten she will do best in a home another young cat that will be her best friend, one of her litter mates or her second mamma cat Clover. Tampa Bay Strays, Inc.'s Adoption Policy
Adopters can submit an application for an individual pet through our website. After the app is reviewed, a representative may reach out by phone/text/email with any additional questions. Once approved as an adopter, we will arrange for you to meet the animal; usually in one of our adoption centers or in the foster home in which it lives. If you feel like it is a good fit, you can usually take your new companion home the same day, once contract is signed and adoption fee is paid.
