Sheba's Story
Meet Sheba .........

Sheba is a beautiful young black cat with large gold eyes, and medium length hair. Her gentle, peaceful personality makes her a true treasure.

Sheba was born with three siblings to a mama community cat that was not spayed. Very shortly after she was born, tragedy struck and their caregiver passed away. Sheba’s luck wasn’t all bad, though, as a Foster mom stepped up and lovingly took in all four kittens. The mama cat was spayed and accepted at a rescue. Her siblings have since found their forever homes, and now it’s Sheba’s turn!

Sheba gets along well with cats and the dog in her foster home, although she has not yet been around children.

She is a calm girl who doesn’t push herself to the front of the crowd. She’s perfectly content to find a cozy spot of her own—especially the top of a cat tree where she can gaze out the window and watch the world go by.

But don’t mistake her peaceful nature for being boring! Sheba has a playful side and enjoys a good romp with her favorite cat toys. And when she hears you call her, she’ll come right to you. She loves sitting on your lap and being petted.
One of Sheba’s endearing quirks? .......She doesn’t like to be picked up. Instead, she prefers to make the choice herself—and she’ll happily come to you when she wants some love.

Her siblings may have pushed ahead in line and found homes first, but this sweet girl has been patiently waiting for her turn. Sheba is a real treasure just waiting to bring peacefulness, cozy comfort, and quiet companionship into someone’s home. All Sheba asks for is a loving family, a cozy perch by the window, some toys to chase, and a lap to curl up on when she’s ready.

She is spayed, microchipped, combo-tested negative, and up to date on her vaccines.

Could Sheba be the peaceful little treasure your home has been waiting for?
