Sharpie is ready to make her mark on your heart—and she’s hoping it’s a permanent one! This lovely 12 year old black panther came into our care with another cat after their beloved owner passed away, though the two aren’t bonded. Despite the big change in her life, Sharpie has taken everything in stride and has been nothing but sweet and friendly from the moment she arrived.<br/><br/>Sharpie is an outgoing gal who likes to see what’s going on and be where the people are. Walk into her room, and she’ll come right over to say hello, happily swishing her tail back and forth like a dog. She’s also a big fan of a good bum scritch and will stick her bum up in the air when you find just the right spot! Sharpie loves pets, and if you stop petting her before she’s ready, she’ll gently paw at your arm to ask for more. Sharpie would love nothing more than to have a home of her own again, with a family to keep her company and share in the little moments of everyday life. Gentle and easygoing, Sharpie would do well in a home with older children. She prefers to be the queen of her castle and will need to be a solo kitty.
