Shamu's Story

Hi, I'm Shamu - a black and white kitten with a purr that'll melt your heart! I'm a total cuddle bug and my favorite toy is one of those round rings with the ball inside that I can poke at! I am already litter box trained and love being a lap cat, so cuddle time is basically my favorite thing. I'm calm, gentle, and get along beautifully with other cats and kids, though I do best with a feline friend by my side. My adoption fee is $125, and I'm ready to bring affection and warmth to your home!

Cattyshack, Inc.'s Adoption Policy

First and foremost, Cattyshack adoptions involve filling out a non-binding application. We really want to process every detail on the app and feel good that we are sending the kitty home with the best possible fit. We also don’t enjoy having a cat returned three days later because you’ve decided scooping a litter box isn’t your thing, or your SO broke up with you and doesn’t want the kitten you gave her as “a gift”. We will do a vet reference to make sure any current animals you own are up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered, so go ahead and get that done before you even bother with an application. We all want to feel like you are REALLY, TRULY, 100% ABSOLUTELY going to commit 15-20 years to this kitten, or 10+ years to the adult cat your are adopting. That’s a big deal. So thank you in advance for your patience with our adoption process.
