Shadow was an outdoor boy when he walked into a workshop one day, clocked in as “house cat,” and never looked back. <br/><br/>This sleek black (but also sun-brown) gentleman is a people enthusiast and goofball. He greets new humans like he’s been expecting them, immediately flops over, and presents his belly. Pet him and he'll reward you with purrs and a wiggly little dance.<br/><br/>Shadow plays hard, loves harder. He’s got energy, charm, and a slightly bowlegged trot. He’s also a chatty guy. Not in an annoying way, but in a “hey, maybe snacks?” kind of way.<br/><br/>Because he’s still a young, enthusiastic dude, he sometimes forgets that hands and feet are not chew toys. The good news is he’s very teachable and already learning that hands = boring, toys = party. He’ll thrive with someone who keeps play focused on toys and gives him plenty of outlets for that big personality.<br/><br/>Shadow would likely do best as an only cat in an adult or low chaos home where he can soak up all the attention.
