Shadow's Story

He came with two other beautiful tuxedo babies. A neighbor stepped up to assist their dad with them and others as he was about to experience homelessness. This neighbor had found homes for a ton of cats and paid to spay and neuter almost all of them herself! He is still warming up to us but once comfortable will be a wonderful baby!

Johnstown Animal Welfare Society's Adoption Policy

Adopters have to complete an application that includes personal references and a veterinary reference. I have volunteers that check on the references, and we confirm that they have properly vetted prior pets. They also have to detail other pets in their current household, and confirm that they will not declaw.
