Sesame & Poppy

Hi, we’re Sesame and Poppy! Also known as the Furbagel Sisters. <br/><br/>[Sesame has a lighter/orangey face and Poppy has a tiny black dot (poppy seed) on her nose.]<br/><br/>We were rescued from a burger restaurant parking lot in Orange County on a very hot day. <br/><br/>We love our playtime, cuddling and stretching, and our catnip toys! <br/><br/>Because we are bonded, we are only available for adoption together as a unit. <br/><br/>Currently being loved on by their foster mama in Highland Park, Los Angeles, CA, <br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>____________________<br/>Del Gato Rescue is a small 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat rescue based in Orange County and Los Angeles, CA. We receive countless daily requests for assistance with cats and kittens found outside in need of rescue. Our main focus is to remove friendly cats from the streets, get them healthy and vetted in foster care, and find their purrrfect forever homes!<br/>We also focus on TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) for unadoptable/feral street cats, which we believe is the only solution to the root cause of the feline population crisis.<br/>When we can, we also pull deadlined cats from local high kill shelters.<br/><br/>If you'd like to volunteer with us, fostering is a great way to help our cause, and it allows us space to save more kitties off the streets.<br/>If you are unable to foster, we are also always looking for help with transportation to and from vet appointments.<br/>Please send us an email at delgatorescue@gmail.com to be a part of our rescue community.
