Serena's Story

We received a call about a cat roaming around a park on the Lower East Side. The people who found her noted that she had a large, golf ball-sized mass hanging off her jaw. One of our staff members went over to the park, found Serena, and brought her back to safety at Animal Haven.<br/><br/>Luckily, one of our vets was on site when she arrived, and they were able to take an initial look at Serena. She went to one of our partner vets for removal of the mass, and thankfully, it was benign. Serena is in the clear! <br/><br/>Serena is an absolutely darling cat-she starts purring the moment we open her cabin, and leans in for head scratches. She loves her human companions but would prefer to be your only cat. Adopt Serena!
