Meet Selena

The beautiful, sleek black house-panther Selena is timid, but she warms up quickly and is very food motivated. She purrs and suns herself on the bed and in every sunny spot she can find around the house. She's a big sweetheart, quiet, very curious, and super playful.

Selena is a silent little ninja; sometimes she just pokes her head around the corner to check in on you and disappears before you have a chance to do a double take. Was she really there at all?

Selena also loves her foster mom's fuzzy sherpa blanket so much. If that blanket is on the bed, she will nap with her foster mom. She plays footsie in the morning when they wake up. Selena pokes her paws out to play with her foster's feet as she is getting ready for the day.

She hangs out under the bed regularly, as her safe space, but is confident around the house with her human companions.

Selena doesn't mind her foster family's toddler; while she doesn't really interact with the little one, Selena is not afraid.

Currently, Selena does not like to be picked up, but is not aggressive at all. Her new family will need to work with her, to get her used to being held. We'll show you how! She's a lot of fun!

It's important to set reasonable expectations when bringing any new cat home. We offer the Rule of Threes.
> 3 Days: To decompress
> 3 Weeks: To get familiar with your house and its routines
