Scrum

Meet Scrum-Small Kitten, Full-Contact Personality!

The adoption application can be found here:
https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/Cat

Scrum is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, or locations along their route. We cannot transport to New Hampshire, Virginia, Maine or Massachusetts.

Scrum is a 3-month-old snowshoe girl, and she lives up to her rugby name. She plays in all-out bursts of action, then takes long, well-earned breaks (usually in a lap). Don’t let her permanent resting grump face fool you. Scrum loves belly rubs and back scratches and will happily settle into your lap. She’s still an independent girl, though, and she likes things done on her terms. Her favorite thing is other cats. She’d rather wrestle her foster siblings than play with any toy. She’s also getting more comfortable with the dogs in her foster home and has found out that their tails are fun to pounce on.

Scrum is 3 months old, spayed, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health. She does a great job of keeping her litterbox tidy. All she needs now is her forever home! She does well with other cats and even dogs. A home would be best for her due to her rough play.

Priority will be given to applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens, siblings, or who have patient, playful resident cats or dogs at home. Information on why adopting two kittens together is best for their short- and long-term health and behavior can be found here:

http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens

---
ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES:
Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and transportation costs. Also, when you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you're doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee sponsors a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts!

To learn more about our TNR (Trap / Neuter / Return) efforts, please follow us on
Instagram @roses_rescues_htx
