Scotty's Story

Scotty was found by himself with a very, very bad eye infection that made it hard for him to even see. We're not sure how he ended up out in the country without a mom or siblings trying to survive on his own. And he was very, very friendly, suggesting that he had been handled and been around people from an early age. He was only about 2 months old at that time, so really almost too small to be away from his mama.

Scotty's eyes are all better and he is a super little love bug. He likes to sit in your lap and get lots of pets. He is also very good with other cats and would enjoy someone to chase through the house and play with. He is very playful and finds joy in the smallest things. He has not been around dogs, but he is young enough that he could easily be introduced to a cat loving dog. He would also be fine with cat-savvy children who know how to handle a small kitten.

Scotty is now about 3 months old. He has had his initial vaccines and tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV. He will be going on August 25 to be neutered and get booster vaccines and a microchip. Once his surgery is complete, he will be ready to go to a new home.

If you would like to find out more about Scotty or receive an adoption application, please email us at bandocats@gmail.com
