Scooty's Story

My name is Scooty, everyone's favorite chatty cat :)

I was surrendered to H4PHS along with my doggie brother after our owner tragically passed away. We peacefully coexisted in the house but did not display any deep bond or codependency. The staff has therefore decided to seek separate placement for the two of us to optimize our chances of being adopted.

To be honest, I find the whole "wild orange cat" stereotype to be a bit silly. Sure, I like to talk to my friends, but I am quite the mellow little guy. I enjoy affection, scratches, and even like to be brushed. As a confident social butterfly, I do well interacting with new people and would be great for a family who entertains often. I love peeking my head over to the other cats and playing with them through our cages. The staff feels that I have the potential to live with another cat and maybe even a large breed dog as I previously had. Beauty, brains, AND personality? The total package if I do say so myself. Click that button and ask about adopting me!
