Scarlett

Scarlett is a sweet young girl who just needs a little time to let her personality shine. When she first arrived at the shelter, she was very shy and spent most of her time hiding. But Scarlett has made so much progress and will now come right up to greet us when we open her kennel. She can often be found happily playing with her toys and showing off her playful side. Scarlett may take a little time to warm up to new people, but once she feels safe and comfortable, her sweet personality begins to shine through. She’s looking for someone who will be patient with her and give her the time she needs to come out of her shell. If you’re willing to let Scarlett warm up at her own pace, you may just discover a wonderfully sweet and playful companion waiting for you.

All cats and kittens come spayed and neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. Adoption fees are $50.00 for adult cats and $75.00 for kittens under 6 months old at the time of adoption. Our adoptions are done by approved applications, so you must apply and be approved before being able to meet any of our cats or kittens.

To be approved, you can apply in person or online at:
https://www.storycountyiowa.gov/1486/Adoption-Application
Applications can take a few business days to be approved and you will be emailed with communications regarding your application.
