Sauble's Story

Sauble came to Abbey Cats with his brother Alton.<br/>Sauble was a bit hesitant upon arrival but quickly came out of his shell and was exploring his new foster home while getting pets from his new foster family.<br/><br/>He is a very docile and sweet kitty, especially with children!<br/>Sauble is very vocal when it’s time to eat and if he wants pets from his foster family.<br/><br/>His favourite pastime is staring out the window or chasing spring toys.<br/>At night he sleeps with his brother on their foster human’s bed while being groomed by his brother, Alton.<br/><br/>Sauble must be adopted with his brother Alton.<br/>He would do great in a home with gentle, playful children who will give him lots of attention and love.

**Kitten Policy** Please note: Kittens require the companionship of other kittens and the younger the kitten the more this is so. It is a developmental need. If you do not have animals at home and you only want one cat please look at kittens 6 months or older. By this time in their life we know which cats need the companionship of other animals and which ones would prefer to live without other animals. We provide an adoption service and want to match the right cat with the right home. It is against Abbey Cat policy to adopt a single kitten under the age of 6 months to a home without other young cats/kittens for company. Please bear this in mind when calling to adopt. *** Due to an unprecedented demand (especially for kittens) we regret that we are unable to respond by phone to all of the applications we are currently receiving. We are only able at this time to phone those applicants who have sent in an online adoption application, can provide a vet reference and their criteria matches what the particular cat or kittens' needs are. We regret any inconvenience caused as we do our best to meet the overwhelming demand we are currently experiencing*****
