Sassy Sophia's Story

**** You can meet Sophia at Maser’s Pet Store at 6515 NE 181st St in Kenmore,
9-6 Monday through Saturday and 10-5 on Sunday.

Approximately 5 years old, Sophia is a pretty dilute gray tabby. She was adopted into a living home when she was young but returned to rescue after her owner passed away. This girl is quite the character and likes lots of attention. She is friendly and will be happy to rub against your leg. Sophia can be talkative and will be happy to tell you about her day. When she is happy, she will make muffins.

She is a princess and really does not care for dogs. She would probably do best as the only cat, so she can have all the attention for herself. She has gained some weight and would appreciate someone who would help her regain her girlish figure. Sophia would benefit from extra play time and a canned food diet to feel her best. She can become over stimulated and may give you a little swat to let you know. She would probably do okay with calm, older kids.

Sophia is spayed, up to date on vaccines, flea rx, wormed and tested negative for FELV and FIV, and microchipped. Adoption donation applies.

Cat Tales Rescue's Adoption Policy
Cats are a 15 - 20 year commitment, so we work very hard to make sure that the cat or kitten you are interested in is a good match. We want you to have the right cat! All of our cats and kittens come with a life-time return guarantee. They can be returned at any time and for any reason. We often recommend a two week trial just to be sure it is a good fit. We've had people suggest that this is hard on cats. It is! But not as hard as being in the wrong home for a decade or more. Re-homing adult cats can take months or longer, so it is our goal for all adoptions to be for the life of the cat. Cat Tales cats and kittens will have the following before adoption. Spay / Neuter surgery Screening for Feline Leukemia and FIV Age appropriate vaccines Micro-chipping Treatment for known parasites [Typically fleas, worms and mites.]
