Sassy's Story

In case you haven't noticed, it's a kitten bonanza around here, so we are going to take a step back and talk about mature cats! If you like your vases upright and your zoomies under control, can we discuss our elder friends in the feline world? We recently took in the sweetest kitties from an older owner who has to move (1 million bonus points for not abandoning them!) While kittens are fun to play with, and watching them discover new things (toys! Toes!) is a trip, there is something to be said for a kitty who knows the best place to be is curled up with you. Quietly.

At a little over 13 years, Sassy is a beautiful dilute torti who is looking to spend the rest of her days with a family who will love on her. She comes from a home with a small dog; if she can get along with a little pup, she can get along with anyone! Sassy is a sweetie who is declawed in the front (so her biscuits have less of a punch!), and she is excited to find a new home and a new family.

In addition, Sassy has also:
-Tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV;
-Received her vaccinations;
-Been treated for fleas and worms; and
-Had a negative fecal test.
The balance of her vaccinations is included in our adoption plan.

Does your ideal kitty land at the mature end of the spectrum?
