Sarah's Story

Sarah came to her foster mom when she was 6-8 weeks old. Her right eye was badly infected and had ruptured, and needed to be removed.

Sarah takes a little while to warm up to you, but she is loving and affectionate once she does. She loves to assist in feeding her mom’s foster pups and follows her from room to room.

Even when Sarah still had her infected eye, she missed nothing. She has always been very active and curious. Nothing stops her. Sarah is fun to watch just being herself and is just plain goofy. She is also a talker and/or scolder.

When approaching Sarah, she needs to be approached from her left side, her sighted side. She jumps if you surprise her and may run away briefly. Sarah is still a bit frightened by sudden movements and loud noises.

Ideally, Sarah would be in a home with other animals as she has grown up with several cats and dogs and gets along well with them.
