Meet Sapphire.<br/><br/>Sapphire is a sweet girl who may be a little slow to warm up, but once she feels comfortable, she enjoys attention and is becoming more affectionate every day.<br/><br/>Sapphire came into our care after her mom lost her housing and could no longer care for her. Through no fault of her own, Sapphire is now looking for a loving home where she can feel safe and settled.<br/><br/>She may not be the cat who immediately runs up to greet you, but give her a little time and patience and you'll start to see her sweet personality shine. She loves being brushed, playing with wand toys, and like many cats, she has a special appreciation for a good box!<br/><br/>Sapphire has also shown that she can peacefully coexist with other cats. She doesn't necessarily need a feline best friend or want to play with them, but she is comfortable sharing her space with other cats.<br/><br/>Sapphire would do best with someone who understands that trust takes time.
