Sam's Story

Meet Sam-7-month-old Buff Tabby kitten. Sam is the most affectionate of the group and already showing how much he enjoys people. He’s a friendly boy who seems happy to soak up attention and may settle into a home nicely once he’s had a little time to adjust.

Sam came from a property where many cats were living together after their owner passed away, leaving more cats than could reasonably be cared for. While he’s handling things well so far, he is still adjusting to a completely new environment. With patience and kindness, he could make a wonderful indoor companion. Barn or working-cat homes may also be considered for cats from this group.

Neutered, microchipped, dewormed, FIV/FeLV tested (negative), current on vaccines and flea/tick prevention.

Apply to adopt here:
https://orangecountyva.gov/159/Pet-Adoption-Foster-Care-Information
