Salamander's Story

Salamander has been getting braver as he's gotten used to us. He's still a bit shy, but he loves food more than he is scared of people, and he is quick to come out and say hi. He came from a house with other cats, but we don't have any suitable cat friends for him here at the moment. That's fine though. He's loving being spoiled on his own. If you think this long wiggly guy is the cat for you, fill out an application and give us a call!

Upper Valley Humane Society's Adoption Policy

Adopters look at our website for available animals. They reach out to the shelter, we send a survey and they return it. We look it over, make an appointment for a meet n greet with the animal. If the meet n greet goes well, the family may adopt the pet for an adoption fee.
