He is approximately 3 months old.<br/><br/>This shy black short haired cat loves to snack and snuggle. His favorite things include Churus and Springs.<br/><br/>What Saffron’s looking for in a home:<br/><br/> - He’s new to indoor life with humans, so he needs a kind and patient guide to help him continue adjusting. Loud noises, fast movements, and strangers make him nervous.<br/> - He needs an already established resident feline friend close to his age to play with and model good cat manners.<br/> - He feels at ease in a quiet and calm environment.<br/> - He needs to live indoors only.<br/> - He has a positive history with other cats and may like having a feline friend close to his age<br/> - He has no known history with dogs.<br/> - He has no known history with children.<br/><br/>All Alley Cat Project’s cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption. Consistent with Association of Shelter Veterinarians (ASV) guidelines, ACP follows current shelter medicine practices and does not routinely test every healthy, low-risk cat for FIV and FeLV.<br/><br/>Alley Cat Project adoption fees are:<br/><br/> - $200 per cat or kitten<br/> - $350 for pair of cats or kittens<br/> - $50 for senior cat (over 8 years old)<br/> - Flexible reduced fees for a cat with a chronic medical condition that requires ongoing care<br/> - Adjustable fee upon request for adopters who are low income, and seniors, disabled, or others with fixed incomes. <br/> - Additional charitable donations are appreciated and support our overall rescue efforts<br/><br/>Thank you for your interest in adopting Saffron!
