Sabine's Story
(Français suit)
Sabine was returned to us after being adopter a year ago.
She suddenly fell really ill; her adopters spent as much as they could and brought her back after reaching their limit.
Sabine wasn’t eating , was withdrawn.
Once they started medication , she her scared of them and was always hiding.
Sabine has been assessed by our vet , we’ve run some tests, and it was decided that the plan she’s on works. Sabine is happy , super friendly with her fosters . We have not seen her hiding scared and not eating.
Sabine has a bacteria ,tritrichomonase. As other cats ca no catch it , she needs to be the only cat. The treatment for it is back ordered, but it also has side effects with potential neurological issues so we don’t treat. Her medication works and keep her comfortable. She’s on budesonide , gabapentin and fluoxetine. The last 2 can be weaned off after she’s settles in her adoptive home.
Sabine is just the sweetest. She loves belly rubs and will stretch for them. She makes us laugh when she plays . She loves human interaction. “
Saving had been through a lot and was abandoned twice for health issues. We now know what she has , it’s just a matter of managing her medication .
Please share to help Sabine find her forever home .

Sabine a maintenant 10 ans.
