Rye's Story

Meet our Bread crew!

These little cuties came to us as scared, 5-week-old kittens who had spent their entire short lives holed up under a shed. Their feral mama was trapped, and these little loaves were scooped up and placed into foster care, where they could finally start learning that the world isnt such a scary place.

It took them a little while to rise to the occasion, but this crew has really come out of their shells! Theyre now a bunch of happy, playful, and increasingly confident kittens. That said, Toast and Rye would do best being adopted with one of their more confident siblings to help them continue to knead their confidence.

As with all of our kittens, we do not adopt single kittens into homes without another young, playful cat who can keep them company. For your sanity and theirs! Kittens learn important social skills from other cats, and having a feline friend helps them build confidence, burn off endless kitten energy, and grow into happy, well-adjusted adults.

Could your home be the perfect place for one of these little loaves? Donut let them pass you by! Apply today and help them discover just how wonderful life with humans can be.

Apply here: nose2tailcatrescue.org/adopt

Please note: Not all applications will be approved.

All of our cats are fully vetted before adoption. They are spayed or neutered, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, combo tested, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped.
