Meet Rusty, our beautiful, incredibly sweet and playful 3-month-old (born March 27, so 3 months on June 27) kitten currently in foster care in Ferguson, Missouri! <br/><br/>This talkative boy will follow you everywhere and loves to lock eyes with you for a cozy cuddle.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>Personality: Sweet, playful, talkative, affectionate<br/><br/>Special Care: He successfully overcame intussusception surgery on June 2 and is healing remarkably well. To support his digestion, he requires weekly vitamin B12 injections currently, which transition to monthly as an adult. B12 treatment is affordable and available through your vet's office.<br/><br/>House Manners: He is litter box trained, though he has had a couple of tiny accidents since his surgery as he finishes up his recovery.<br/> <br/><br/>Everyone who meets him is amazed by his resilience and quick bounce-back!<br/><br/> <br/><br/>Social Butterfly Status:<br/><br/>Rusty is incredibly adaptable and loves everyone. He is fantastic with kids, great with other cats, and absolutely loves dogs (he will happily curl up and cuddle with a canine buddy).<br/><br/> <br/><br/>Looking for a Dynamic Duo? <br/><br/>Because kittens thrive with feline companionship, Rusty will need to be adopted out with another kitten or into a home that already has an established, social cat. He has equally wonderful siblings named Miss Tabby and Chaos who are both available to be adopted with him to make a perfect pair. Rusty will be available in July, not as early as his siblings. His vetting was pushed back a bit to accommodate his other pressing vet needs, but he should be ready for adoption by Mid to end of July.
