Meet Ruby, I am 12mths old, spayed female, I am a little shy a first, but come out of my shell quickly, I love hanging out with my sister Jade and the other cats, I am very sweet, love affection and would make a great lap cat once I am comfortable in my new home. <br/><br/>My adoption fee is $125<br/>To adopt: <br/>1. Cats are available to visit Thursday-Saturday 10am-4:00pm, no appointment needed. ***Please note with construction for our new shelter on the same property, Saturday is usually the best day to visit***<br/>2. Proof of home ownership must be brought with you, i.e a mortgage statement or property tax or homeowners insurance<br/>3. If you are a renter, you must have a letter from your landlord stating you can have a cat, pet policy and or pet agreement are not sufficient. <br/>4. Debit/Credit or cash for adoption<br/>5.
