Ruby is a sweet, shy girl who is slowly learning how wonderful life with humans can be. She may be quiet at first, but come evening treat time, Ruby makes sure she’s not forgotten—she’s very food-motivated and will happily meow to remind you it’s time to eat!<br/><br/>Ruby enjoys gentle pets when she’s perched safely in her cat tree and is still building confidence approaching people on her own terms. Recently, she’s made exciting progress and has started jumping up on the couch in the evenings to loaf nearby. She also loves sitting in the kitchen to supervise while you cook and has a playful side that comes out with a laser pointer.<br/><br/>Ruby would thrive in a very quiet home with one or two people who will give her patience and space to continue gaining confidence. She has no dog experience and would do best without them.
