She is a nibbler.<br/>Special Needs: None<br/><br/><br/><br/>GETTING TO KNOW ME<br/><br/>Ruby is the comedian and the chatterbox. She is a typical Corney who will greet you at the door, talking to whomever will listen, and looking for trouble. You had better invite her to the party, if not she will crash it.<br/><br/>Ruby has a cloud-like rippled coat of black tipped fur, plus huge and round yellow eyes that follow you everywhere. She is curious and will escape her foster room if given the opportunity because “the grass is always greener.”<br/><br/>Expect her to climb on your lap, give kisses and some nibbles too (little kids will not like the nibbles) and doze off for a warm nap. Ruby is confident and will not take sass from other kitties, but she will give it out. She would not be a good fit for a reactive kitty and will bully if given a good reaction. She does fine with confident kitties and would be a great part of a pair with one of her current companions. A second kitty as a snuggle friend is a bonus. She does not sleep alone but typically shares a squishy bed with one, two, or three others.<br/><br/>Balls, spring toys, a dropped pen (just about anything) will be grabbed by her rocket launching paws and foisted across the room. Sometimes you really do not want to know what the noise behind the closed door is. Ha!<br/><br/>Be sure to have lots of fleece to snuggle in and an assortment of toys to smash around the room. At least one cat tree set near a window is a must.<br/>Ruby enjoys her Honest Kitchen meals of reconstituted wet food, along with a side dish of Solid Gold kibble. She is schedule fed twice a day and is great at cleaning her plate. She always uses her litterboxes which are large, open and filled with unscented clumping litter.<br/><br/><br/><br/>VETTING PROVIDED<br/><br/>Exam, spayed, tested negative for FELV/FIV, received rabies and FVRCP vaccines, had a dental and is microchipped. Records are provided upon completion of the adoption.<br/><br/><br/>LOCATION AND ADOPTION<br/><br/>Fostered in OSHKOSH, Wisconsin<br/>Ruby’s adoption fee is $400.<br/><br/>PurrHarmony, Inc. does not transport or ship cats. We welcome long-distance adopters.
