She loves to sit in a cat tree and monitor the goings on outside. <br/>She’s vaccinated, microchipped and tested negative for diseases. Association for Animal Rights Inc.'s Adoption Policy
We are so pleased that you are interested in adopting a new pet! As a small shelter, we have a limited number of adoptable pets at any given time, but please read through the following information and come visit the shelter because we will have many wonderful animals in search of their "forever homes" in the weeks and months to come. ADOPTION INFORMATION Applications will be reviewed on a first come – first serve basis. Feel free to contact us animals4me2@verizon.net with any questions you may have. Adoption Requirements -You must be 18 years old with valid photo ID -You must be willing to make a 15-20 year commitment to the kitten. -You must agree that your new cat will be exclusively an indoor companion. -You must agree to provide good veterinarian care (cat will be kept current on all vaccinations, have an annual wellness exam and emergency care if needed). -Your current pets must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all required vaccines. -If you do not own your home, you must provide a proof stating that you may have pets. -You must not have a history of ordinance violations, losing, giving away, selling, or surrendering animals. All Adoptions Include: -A veterinary exam -First distemper combo vaccine* -Rabies vaccine (4 months and older) -FeLV/FIV testing -HW testing -Flea and Tick treatment -Deworming (Strongid) * please note that all kittens will require vaccine boosters every 3-4 weeks until they reach 16 weeks.
