Roxie has done an incredible job raising her family, and now it's finally her turn to be someone's cherished companion. This petite tortoiseshell beauty came into rescue with her young kittens after life had clearly been difficult. Like many stray mothers, Roxie spent much of her time simply trying to survive and make sure her babies had enough to eat. Adjusting to regular, nutritious meals and the comforts of indoor life wasn't easy at first, and she experienced a few challenges along the way. With excellent veterinary care, good nutrition, and lots of love, Roxie is now feeling better than ever.<br/><br/>Throughout it all, she has been an attentive, devoted mama. She cared for her kittens with endless patience and affection, and thanks to her dedication, all four of her babies have grown into healthy, playful kittens ready for families of their own. Now that her mothering duties are coming to an end, Roxie is discovering just how wonderful life indoors can be. She is an affectionate, gentle girl who enjoys human companionship and is learning that she never has to worry about where her next meal will come from again. Roxie is ready to leave her days of survival behind and become the one being cared for.
