Rowan is a character of his own. Born the runt with a limp front paw, he is now the heaviest of his siblings with very strong bones LOL. He has no problem running and jumping into anything....anything. He will make you laugh :) <br/><br/>Rowan is full of energy and loves attention. His foster mom calls him her water boy. HE LOVES WATER. It sounds cute but this is all water, LOL, she has been tempted to test his swimming skills. Prepare yourself for a water loving boy.
