Rowan

Looking for the perfect cat? Meet Rowan. This gorgeous lilac point Siamese mix never met a person that he didn’t like. That’s why we cannot understand how his first family could abandon him outside, but that’s exactly what they did. He was found by a Good Samaritan whose husband turned out to be severely allergic..

He found a new family and got neutered and vaccinated and won the heart of a little girl who adores him. They have tried for several months to train one of their dogs to tolerate Rowan, but are having no success. Right now Rowan is confined to the basement because they fear for his safety. They want more than that for Rowan. They want Rowan to have a whole house to safely explore and for him to be able to curl up with his people whenever he chooses, so they are relinquishing him to Paws Fur Life.

This cat loves people and has no fear of dogs...even mean ones unfortunately. We aren’t sure how he is with cats, but we are assuming that he would accept them just like he does dogs and people...wholeheartedly.

Rowan will be going to the vet for one more vaccine and a SNAP test, and then he will be ready to meet his forever family....the one he will get to call his own for the rest of his life. We believe Rowan is only a couple of years old.
