Rose's Story

Rose is a vibrant girl full of life and love; she has the most unique eyes that actually sparkle when they look at you! This precious girl came to us after being found abandoned in a cold, damp Minnesota winter. She was underweight, battling disease on her own and hardly surviving. She didn't let that bring her down; she's always been a spunky girl ready for the next challenge life throws her way.

Spring toys that are the color green are Rose's favorite toy! She has perfected her hunting skills and knows exactly what noise a spring toy makes when it hits the ground. She's an expert at hunting spring toys. She's agile and can easily out-maneuver her brother, Phillip. Rose enjoys the company of humans. She loves to be near her people while they move around and watches intently. She's the kind of cat that forms a close bond with people she knows well. She remembers kind visitors and enjoys being pet by them.

Rose is about 6 months old, spayed, microchipped, and has been dewormed. When we received Rose, she was failing to thrive. After a few vet visits, it was discovered she had a condition called feline infectious peritonitis. She received treatment and has been doing very well. We don't anticipate any long term issues associated with this illness. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding this. Rose is so deserving of a loving home, she has waited and endured so much. All we need now is someone to love her and give her endless spring toys! Rose has had excellent litter box habits and no health issues aside from feline infectious peritonitis that has now resolved.

Kindred Spirits Rescue is a foster-based rescue, we do not have a central facility. Rose is living with a foster in Little Falls, MN. If you're interested in learning more, please reach out to us or apply to adopt Rose here: https://forms.gle/PsLSFcZcCMs723hH9
