Roo's Story

Meet Roo!

Born in June 2025, this sweet and gentle girl has a quiet, regal presence and a soft, observant nature. Roo tends to take her time getting to know new people and surroundings, preferring to watch from the sidelines until she feels safe and comfortable.

She’s a bit shy and not quite sure about pets just yet, but with patience and a calm environment, Roo will begin to come out of her shell. One thing that always wins her over? Churu treats—she’ll happily climb all over you to get her favorite snack!

Roo is an independent spirit who enjoys peaceful activities, especially lounging by the window or watching “Cat TV” on the telly. She would thrive in a quiet home without young children, where she can build confidence at her own pace.

She does well around dogs and would truly benefit from having a friendly feline companion to help her feel secure and show her the ropes.

If you’re looking for a calm, low-key companion and are willing to give her the time she needs to blossom, Roo will reward you with her quiet charm and unique personality.

The Rescue Pack's Adoption Policy
If interested in one of our animals, please fill out an application on our website. The application will then be reviewed by our applications team and passed on to the foster of the animal that was applied for. The foster will then review the application and, if deemed a good fit, will initiate a phone call with the applicant. If, after the phone call, both applicant and foster feel it is a good fit, a meeting with the animal will be scheduled. Once the meeting happens, and the approval from both foster and applicant are given to move forward - our adoptions team will send an electronic payment link to the adopter. Once payment has been received, our adoption contract will be sent along with vet records. The foster and the adopter will agree on an official adoption date - and the animal will now live happily ever after! If an applied for animal is no longer available, our team will assist in trying to find another good fit! If an application is not a good fit, the applicant will also be notified.
