Rocky's Story
Meet Rocky, a 4.5-month-old little shadow with a serious case of “Wherever You Go, I Go.”

Rocky is a bona fide people person—or, technically, a people cat. He has never met a petting session he didn’t like and will happily follow his humans from room to room, just in case someone suddenly remembers that he exists and needs to be loved immediately. He is affectionate, social, and completely convinced that your personal space is actually his personal space.

When he isn’t busy supervising his humans, Rocky is a dedicated toy enthusiast. His specialty? Plastic springs. He absolutely loves carrying them around in his mouth like tiny trophies and will happily parade his latest acquisition around the house.

Now, Rocky does have one little quirk: he likes to make a very dramatic first impression with new animals. A few hisses and growls may occur while he evaluates the situation and makes it abundantly clear that he is NOT impressed. But once he decides you’re a friend? All is forgiven, and he’s ready to play. He prefers gentle playmates and isn’t a fan of roughhousing.

Rocky would love to go home with his brother Colt, his sister Celeste, or one of his foster friends Si, Fa, or So.

If you’re looking for a sweet little shadow who comes with unlimited purrs, toy-spring deliveries, and a lifetime subscription to following you everywhere, Rocky might be your guy.

Please be sure to read a cat's full bio before applying! We do our best to keep bios updated as we learn more about each cat or as circumstances change. The bio is the best place to find the most current and important information about their needs, personality, and ideal home.

Thank you for your interest in adopting from Scruffy Paws Animal Rescue!
