Rocket

Rocket is a very sweet orange & white boy who was trapped while very young with his feral litter. Through the patience of his fosters during the time he spent in their care he's come around very nicely. Rocket was a bit nervous upon arrival at the shelter & it took some time but when he sees his favorite staff member he'll rub on the bars of his cage while they approach. His extreme food motivation is quite helpful when it comes to gaining his trust quickly. We just moved Rocket into an open room with other nice kitties because he had reacted positively to seeing kitties walk around the room outside of his cage & it really looked like he wants to play. He's taking time to adjust to his new surroundings again but happily accepted a squeeze up from the safety of his hidey bed. Rocket is microchipped, vaccinated, neutered & ready for his furever home!
