Robin's Story

Hi… I’m Robin!
Yes, my eyes really are that blue. They’re usually the first thing people notice about me… well, that and how tiny and beautiful I am. I’m a petite senior calico girl with a gentle soul and lots of love to give.

My story started on a farm where I was live trapped and originally planned to be TNR’d back outside. But during my exam, Dr. Ashley discovered my mouth was in very bad shape and I needed all of my teeth removed. Because of that, I officially became a Furball instead. And honestly? It turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to me.

At first, I was scared of people. I didn’t really understand human affection and needed lots of patience, quiet love, yummy food, and time to learn that humans could actually be kind. Slowly, I started coming out of my shell… and now I absolutely adore being loved on.

I love pets, belly rubs while I make muffins, cozy cuddle time, and I don’t even mind being held for short periods. Even without any teeth, I still eat treats and meals like a champ. Nothing slows me down!

One of my favorite things in the whole world is snuggling with other cats. I’m an expert at squeezing myself into cuddle puddles… even when there doesn’t seem to be any room left for me. Because of that, I would do best in a home with other feline friends to cuddle and bond with.

I may be a senior girl, but my heart is full of love, softness, and sweetness. All I really want is a cozy home, some cat friends, and humans who will keep reminding me how loved I am.

You can come meet me any day between 1–5pm. I’ll be the little calico with the big blue eyes waiting to steal your heart.

My new perfect family NEEDS to understand that it WILL take me a while to adjust at first and I WILL hide as I settle in. Give me time, patience, and use food as a tool to get me out of my shell — I really am a wonderful cat.

I am fully vetted: spayed, microchipped, FIV & FeLV negative, treated for fleas/ticks/and intestinal parasites, and up-to-date on all my vaccinations: distemper, rabies, and FeLV. I require an indoor-only home and, as with all cats — absolutely no declawing.

If you are interested in adopting Robin, please come visit… we are open daily from 1-5pm (including holidays)… we need to meet you in person! If you have any questions, feel free to email us at info@furballcats.com or message us on Facebook: Furball Farm Cat Sanctuary.
